Never had that, I will have to try it.

I make great grilled cheezes. I will not deprive you all of my culinary knowledge.

My method is Smoked Mozzarella with bacon on ciabata bread. I also like gruyere and pepper jack and herb butter and bacon on Italian bread.

I love you best today....for several reasons....this is just one of them

Come on over to my house and have a "Flame On", it is two layers of cheese with fresh hot jalapeno slices in the middle, grilled to perfection....

Yeah, I am from Alabama. Bacon is a total winner no matter what the score is. But, I still loves ya! :hug
