I've been trying to compare all the gospels at the same time. Right now im trying to get the order of events and details of what happened after Jesus was crucified. But I cant seem to get it right, Basically combine the 4 Gospels at the point of his crucifixion.
Much Thanks!
oh and also 1 John 3:4-6
Everyone who sins breaks the law; in fact, sin is lawlessness. 5But you know that he appeared so that he might take away our sins. And in him is no sin. 6No one who lives in him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has either seen him or known him.
Is it just saying in God’s eyes we are made righteous(no sin) through Christ but if we dont have Christ, God sees our continuous sin?

I found this sight that has a chronological sequence. I am not sure it is 100% correct. One thing I saw was he had Pilate making up the "King of the Jews" sign after the crucifixion had begun. I would have thought it would be be before, but I guess not necessarily.

What he is saying is that you cannot continue to live a lifestyle of sin after you are saved. John was writing to address the heresy of the gnostic sect. They believed, among other things, that the flesh was of no account and the spirit was all that mattered. Somehow in their twisted doctrine this meant that all acts done in the flesh were of no consequence. They took this as a license to do whatever they pleased in the flesh. So I see this passage in John meaning exactly what it says which is that no one born of God will continue to live a sin filled life. Not that you will not sin at all (see 1 John 1:5-10)
