:spew :pound Your post was so funny! I may have to snag that for my siggie. "concealed curry, and I'm not afraid to use it". :pound

About your mom's curry recipe... Could you snag it for me? If your mom doesn't mind of course. :)

I chop up onions and sautee them in Olive oil then I add a lot of very thinly sliced cabbage, mustard seeds, yellow curry powder and salt. I cook it so that it is stays a bit crunchy...it is delicious. The more curry you add, the spicier it gets!

Yum! It sounds good. :yay I love cooked cabbage with sautee'd onions, but had never thought to add curry powder. I'm going to try this! :yay

Thank you! :hug

Hey Gal... would you believe I started to see the "Concealed Carry" thread again and realized I'd never gotten back to you on my mom's curry recipe! :lol2

I blame it on mommy-brain. :ohno

Anyway, my mom wasn't really specific because she hasn't made it in awhile... she said to "just look up basic chicken curry recipes." What made it great though was all the condiments she would serve with it! Chutney, peanuts, raisins, shredded coconut... you could choose what to put on top of the curry. I liked the peanuts and coconut. :)
