All things Curry

I'm wondering if anybody has an easy recipe for some kind of 'curry' dish.

It doesn't matter if it's curry for chicken or fish. Just one that doesn't take tons of ingredients, but still tastes yummy. I have some 'Thai Kitchen red curry paste', and the standard 'McCormick' yellow curry powder.

If you do and would like to share.... Please do! I'm craving curry, but all of the recipes that I've looked at online call for a gazillion ingredients.

I have a simple simple fruit one that my sis in law used to make all the time.. almost too easy.. want it?

O.k.... like I said..no biggie but it really is yummy

get 4-5 cans of chunk style fruit (add Large pineapple chunks too) and I suppose you can use fresh fruit also.

randomly place this in a 13x 9 pan. Sprinkle moderately with brown sugar. Sprinkle on top of this powdered curry (per your taste) Then pour on 1/2c melted butter

Put in broiler over until the top is well heated and bubbling

oh yummy.. yummy.. it REALLY is good

and it looks so fancy and different for company! (serve with serving spoon)

I use it as a side dish.
