How does one change the text under your screen name from member, Jr. member, to something else?

Ok So, I guess I am technically challenged, at least that's what my daughter tells me. I go to cp- edit profile- change ... after I put in the change and check the reset box, do I just hit enter, or go down and hit save changes, or ??
