I hate breakfast. I know that skipping breakfast isn't supposed to be a good idea, especially if you're overweight, but I hate to even think about breakfast. When I wake up in the morning, I'm not hungry and can't stand the thought of food for at least a few hours. By the time I'm ready to eat, it's often mid morning and, if I eat too much, it interferes with supper. Now, I love pancakes and french toast and all kinds of sweet breakfast fare, but I know they aren't a healthy choice and I also usually feel better if I don't eat at all than if I eat that stuff. I'm not a big fan of eggs for breakfast either. In fact, I'd just as soon have a bowl of Cheerios for breakfast, but I get bored with that after a while too. So, I'm trying to find some breakfast foods that are healthy choices and aren't real heavy. I also prefer not to spend a lot of time on preparation and clean up. Any ideas?
