Mad Muslim day at Six Flags: 9/12

Luke 21:25And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; 26Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. 27And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

In the interest of non-descrimination shouldn't they also have a Hindu Day, a Christian Day, a Buddhist Day, a Satan Day, etc. And that doesn't even begin to address the really poor taste in deciding which day to choose of 365 days available. They should call it Muslim Victory Day just to make their point more clear.

They might as well have made it on 9/11. It wouldn't have rubbed it in much more than holding it the day after does.

What on earth are these nuts up to? I am sure the management/ownership of Six Flags remember that it was all MUSLIMS who caused all the incidences on 9/11/01. So, WHY do they want to rub it in our faces then??? This is absolutely sickening and they need to know how we feel. I found this info on their contact page. I am calling and complaining. I hope you all do the same.

We have already boycotted Disneyland and Disney World. Now I guess we will have to boycott Six Flags as well.

Many, if not all, of the theme parks hold these type of events...not just Six Flags. Give them a break! They do have to make money. These events have been going on for a long time. It does not necessarily mean that Six Flags was going out to solicit them...the Muslims could have contacted the park to set up. Who would turn down the money in this economy?? Muslims do shop at your local grocery stores and Malls. Do you think they are going to turn them way, and say we don't want your money?? I don't think so! Boycott all you want, but if anyone is going to boycott SF, then get ready to boycott the other places too. I'm just sayin'.....

What is it with Muslims and the month of September? They think we're stupid enough to not notice that? And I think it's funny that these public entertainment venues can have certain days to celebrate muslims and gays yet a small group of Christians are told to leave a federal court building when silently in prayer during a field trip for the children. Disgraceful!

I don't think it's the same thing, unless the store also publicizes a Muslim (or other) Day. As far as I'm concerned the only days that should be celebrated by businesses open to the public are days that celebrate this country. This is where they are doing business and this is where there customers are. Any other celebrations should be done privately among those who are celebrating. The only reason I would make an exception for Christimas and Easter is because the basis for the celebration is Christian. If they don't want to celebrate Christ they should not publicize the day at all in those instances. And yes. I realize that may not be a common business decision, but that's my opinion. Unfortunately, the only thing that seems to get any attention among these businesses is money, so if all we can do is refuse to spend our money at their business then it's the best we can do.

They want a mosque built near Ground Zero... They want a "muslim day" at Six Flags on 9/12, the day after they whacked the WTC... When are the sleeping sheeple going to wake up and take notice of this blatant in-your-face stuff???
What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? Romans 8:31

Thank YOU!!! It's not about making money........it's about laughing in our face!!!! You know what....start letting a little bit in here and there and before you know it, you are flooded with Muslim ideas/trash all over, it's just like the gay movement. Put a little here and there...Put it on the comedy shows make it funny and acceptable..then people don't mind it as bad.......
No way should it be accepted.......No one would accept a Nazi day....think about it....

September 10th is the end of Ramadan.

My question is, why are they going to an amusement park? The Ayatollah Khomeini said "There is no fun in Islam."

Eid, the festival that celebrates the end of Ramadan, lasts for three days and is a typically joyous celebration. Families get together, kids get gifts, etc. etc. It's a shame that it falls during the September 11th attacks, but it's not their fault that it did, it's based on the lunar calendar.

Just FYI - You can see more about the Six Flags Muslim Family Day at this link.

Of course, I don't agree with the Muslim faith, but I don't think they are all terrorists. Please don't think I am trying to take up for them, because I'm not.
