Taco Perogies
This is a recipe I made.
Package ground beef
Mild taco sauce
Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
Package of Perogies
Sweet Peppers
Make perogies however you like to. Make the ground beef and when it's done drain the fat and put the beef in another pan. Crumble it and pour the taco sauce on it and mix it up. Then put the peppers and cheese on top. Put it in the oven until melted. Then just put the perogies on the plate and put the beef mixture on top. You can vary this recipe with toppings or use more taco sauce.... Its good though!

Sounds like a plan for tonight. I'm going to go with hot instead of mild though, as hot as I can get it. I've come down with something that's been going around and spicy food sounds like a good cure for the congestion!

Thats awesome, I'm just not that brave lol. You know the bags of Kraft shredded Tex Mex cheese? Thats what I use. Lots of toppings could be added to this recipe, it's just basic but it is really good

Well, I had it. I ended up substituting the beef for ground turkey and the sweet peppers for jalapeños for extra kick in addition to the hot taco sauce... and boy did it have it! The hot taco sauce wasn't too bad (hotwise), but those jalapenos with the seeds still in there, that was intense. It sure got my sinuses going!
I'm going to try it again closer to the recipe you give when I'm not trying to spice my sniffles away.
It was really good, I liked it! I'm going to try the milder version after I'm well and maybe mix it up a little more. Thank you for sharing!
