Default 1 Corinthians 11:29-31 What does it really means?

In our local church the "pastrix" says that if you do not examine yourself and you have hidden sin then you are drinking a CURSE. Many are afraid to partake in communion because of this.

If there is sin that you don't know about, I'm sure that the Holy Spirit would eventually let you know in some way. One thing I don't believe in is living under condemnation. There's too much of that going around in Christian church philosophy.
If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything.

The Scriptures mean exactly what they say. We 'are' to examine ourselves and confess before God any sin that He shows us before we take communion. When we went to a church several years ago that our son pastored, he always allowed for this extra time to give the members an opportunity to bow their heads in prayer, and spend time with God.
Then, when the elements were passed, we felt more ready to partake. If a Christian is sincerely seeking to see the sins they need to confess, He will show you.

Keep in mind why Paul had to warn the Corinthians about taking the Lord's supper in an unworthy manner. Here's what they were doing:

When you meet together, you are not really interested in the Lord’s Supper. For some of you hurry to eat your own meal without sharing with others. As a result, some go hungry while others get drunk. What? Don’t you have your own homes for eating and drinking? Or do you really want to disgrace God’s church and shame the poor? What am I supposed to say? Do you want me to praise you? Well, I certainly will not praise you for this!
    1Cor 11:20-22

These people were not acting in a very Christlike way whatsoever towards God or towards their fellow man. Their whole attitude was of selfishness and taking part of the Lord's Supper in a very irreverent manner. That's why Paul had to say,

So anyone who eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord unworthily is guilty of sinning against[g] the body and blood of the Lord.
    1Cor 11:27

Yes, we should examine ourselves and allow God to show us where we need to be cleansed and forgiven.....so that our fellowship will be unbroken with God.

But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.
    1John 1:9

Keep in mind that God is full of mercy towards us

But you, O Lord, are a God of compassion and mercy, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love and faithfulness.
    Psalm 86:15

And He's also faithful to show us where sin needs to be dealt with...just as He did with David and Bathsheba through Nathan the prophet, in order to bring us back into a full fellowship with God.

Trust that God will show you any sin you are not aware of, He knows our thoughts and our motives and deals with us with great understanding and compassion. If there is no sin that you are aware of or that God has not brought before you after self examination, then take the communion. I hope this will put your heart at ease. :-)

    Amen!
Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

Not good teaching. Paul was talking about examining oneself to make sure you are in the faith (that you trust in Jesus alone to save you), and about making sure your mind is on Christ when partaking of communion. Notice the word is "unworthily" which is an adverb modifying the manner that we take, the word is NOT unworthy, an adjective, which would be describing us.

To eat and drink unworthily is to eat and drink without recognizing the symbols of communion pointing directly at Christ; the wine is symbolic of His blood, and the bread is symbolic of His body. One eats and drinks a curse when they don't recognize Christ in the symbols. So, for example, some took while drunk and hence were incapable of recognizing Christ.

To "examine oneself" for some type of sin is a moot point; we are all unworthy. Instead we are to fix our gaze fully on Christ when taking communion.

Thanks to sweeetlilgurlie on Narniaweb for the sig

Some were treating it like a light snack with some wine...
The heavens are telling of the glory of God; And their expanse is declaring the work of His hands.
Day to day pours forth speech, And night to night reveals knowledge.
