    Default And the verdict is...

I've posted a couple threads over the summer asking for advice, as our family has been trying to figure out the best solution for educating our son.

It's been a frustrating couple of months, and we've analyzed it all to death. Here's the bottom line: we have not been able to get homeschooling out of our heads or hearts. In spite of our fears and hesitations, we KNOW this is what we're supposed to be doing.

So, I sent some e-mails today and need to fill out official paperwork this week. But it's a done deal... we are homeschooling our son this year!!

Thank you all for your advice, prayer, and support. It means a lot!!

It is one decision you won't regret sure it is going to be hard and not always easy but time spent will not be a waste. I absolutely love it and even now I still get excited for that first day!!

    Default No Regrets

We pulled my dd out of Kindergarten with the intent of homeschooling her a few years because we all disliked the whole public school scene. She is now a senior in highschool-homeschooled all the way. We also homeschool our son who is a freshman in hs and our 10yodd who has severe learning/emotional disabilities. Each child is unique, has different strengths and I wouldn't trade our time together for anything. It hasn't been easy, but it has been worthwhile.

    we homeschool too

i just can't bring myself to put my kids in the public school system and christian school is sooo expensive

at home we can teach her what we want, Bible prophecy included
For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. 1 Cor 1:18
