    From a mod's perspective... we can usually tell who is doing it intentionally and who isn't. Most members do indeed do the best they can , and my post isn't directed at them, it is the very few that wind up being trollish or "other," that are usually the problem, those of us who like the Apologetics forum unfortunately see this a tad more.

    I do this, myself (use all caps to emphasize a word), and I don't mean it to be yelling. I will try to mend my ways . . .

    I don't mind occasional caps.

    Another thing, you can report private messages also by using that little triangle thingy.

    If someone just pushes your button, you can always click on their name and choose to ignore them. It's right under their name "ignore". Then you don't have to read anything they say.

    You can always "unignore" later.
