    Default Pumpkin pie question...

Anyone have a recipe for pumpkin pie that does NOT ask for evaporated milk? I only have whole and powdered milk. Could i add some dry to the whole and essentially get the same result? I never have evap milk in the house but i have a can of pumpkin that needs to be used up.

Here is my grandma's recipe. its very easy and very yummy. I am unsure of cooking times though.. sorry about that.

    1 1/2 cups pumpkin
    2/3 cups brown sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ginger
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs
    2 cups milk

Pour into pastry shell and bake at 450 until crust is cooked. Then at 325 until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
