    Default Turkey leftover recipies

I live alone, and I have a 7 pound turkey breast to eat. Anyone got some recipes for leftover turkey? No mushrooms, please.

    Thanks!

    SHEPERD'S PIE

Mix left over turkey (cut into chunks), and fried onions, with mixed veggies and turkey or chicken gravy. Put into pie plate and cover with left-over mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheddar chesse, and bake in 350 degree oven 30 minute or until heated through.

Add a serving of rice and water into your pot. throw in some chopped up turkey. Add some saffron or mexican saffron (fake saffron), and cook until rice is done. Add salt and pepper as desired. I used to make this a lot until my kids started getting tired of it.

Wrap turkey in individual serving sizes and freeze. Then just thaw out one package whenever you want to use it. If you use freezer paper it'll stay good for along time. Turkey sandwiches are good too.

Turkey nuggets - cut turkey into chunks, dip in egg/milk then coat with seasoned bread crumbs - fry in skillet.

I'll include some dipped/breaded okra if I can get any....

serve with mashed potatoes -butter or gravy.

If you have alot of turkey, use some of the nuggets put some soy sauce on them to marinade. Fry/steam up oriential veggies then add turkey when veggies are done.
