I'm hoping and praying that my son Michael who is in the Army is home safely from Afghanistan in early April.

If/when Israel attacks Iran, I believe the US will be drawn into it somehow. Will the Former Soviet Union cry foul and try to take advantage of this situation?

Thanks for the detailed thoughts. As long as a decade ago, the Arabs as a whole probably had the ability to do this to Israel as well as manually delivering "something special" to 300-500 cities in the U.S. and Western Europe, but no one seems to make much of a fuss about these b/c agents today. They are far superior to having only 1 or 2 nukes IMHO, but their widespread delivery relies upon many potentially unreliable men. It really is all about timing, timing, timing and the Muslim Brotherhood has now almost finished cementing and focusing that collective anti-semitic mentality across the entire Middle East so as to act as one.

While I don't look forward to the loss of lives (especially unsaved souls), I do look forward to this possibly being the official start of the end. I don't see how this couldn't be it- the nations involved, the current financial state of the world, extreme weather, rampant immorality... It truly is a wonder that things have continued for as long as they have. One would have thought that we would have seen everthing crumble months ago. I believe that it really is the hand of God, holding everything back. If He had let it happen sooner, there would be even more unsaved souls. My own sister-in-law is on the verge of accepting Christ and I thank God for giving the time for that to happen. I really do hope that this happens this Spring (or sooner!). I am completely detached from this world now and longing to be with Christ, where I belong. If it really is going to happen soon, we don't have much time to finish our witnessing. Keep working on bringing more souls to God. God is waiting on that last person- maybe you'll be the one to help save them.

I heard one sentence from this report on my way out the door to work this morning on the radio. The minute I heard "Israel" my ears perked up. It's amazing, to me at least, how in-tuned to events like this I am....we all are who watch. I think it's only a matter of time now...very little time....but like so many poster have stated, we serve a BIG God, who commands events as He wills them to be. My puny finite mind can't see us, or the world lasting much longer, but then what do I know. I think it's "lights out"....well at least, as we know them, very soon.

Israel will suffer during its upcoming conflicts. However, there will be divine interventions as well. There have been many such events in this generation. One occurred when an Israeli patrol encountered a mine field it had to cross. Suddenly a strong wind blew the sand from the tops of the mines, revealing their location. I believe there will be similar helpful winds if chemical agents are released into Israel's atmosphere.

I saw that story on "Against All Odds"....wasn't that just AMAZING what God did? I still can't forget that.

Realistically though, biological warfare is a graphic violation of many treaties, so if they do it, it's going to be for keeps. Of the 60,000 missiles (that we know of), I assume at least 2,000 of them would be equipped with weapons grade biological/chemical agents intended to cessate human life. {mod snip}

You have no idea how much I'm hoping you're right bro...I would be more excited about it if I got the interpreter job I wanted, but b/c one of my parents is not a US citizen, I got denied all intel jobs, so had to settle for Air Traffic Controller, which is something I'm not looking forward too all that much...

While ISRAEL will suffer enormous casualties (possibly one or two million) they will NOT be wiped out.
If ISRAEL attacks Iran it will be a pinpoint strike of the nuclear plants because Iran will still be around for Ezekiel 38, but my thinking is Iran will send their proxy armies before that can happen.

Please remember this is GOD'S timing, I have been thinking this could happen any minute since 2006.

With all this talk about Israel attacking Iran in May, I can easily see the proxies coming together for a preemptive strike on Israel. Israel would likely retaliate with a major strike on Damascus, and God will intervene to assure Israel's victory over the proxies and neighboring countries they represent. Then Israel might think she can relax, but we know that won't last long, as Ez 38-39 may not be that long in coming. I just can't see the Lord allowing a major nuclear strike on Israel's soil, but, I've been wrong before, sooooo.
Ph 3:15 (paraphrased):...And if on some point you and I think differently, that too God will make clear to us. Only let us live up to what we have already attained.

(sadly agree with Israel getting hurt)

There are indications that the northern part of Israel will be hurt with something that requires careful clean up (esp in Ez). I lean heavily towards Bio's rather than Nuke's.

I believe that the world might be able to convince itself that Israel was able to defend itself from the Ps 83 team.

It will take demonic influence for anyone to believe that Israel was able to defeat the Ez 38 team without the Lord.

Ya never know, - it could be over by then and we could all be going home, including you! Always remember, you are a child of God first, and a believer in Jesus Christ, the one and only son of God and our Savior, and military or no military,- He's taking you home with us when he comes, even if we are on the cusp of war, or even smack dab in the middle of it! No worries! Jesus has your back!
Come Lord Jesus and bring us home soon!

Air Traffic Controller? Gee, I hope they have a backup plan on stand-by. Something tells me you won't be at this job very long!

I also want to thank you for your willingness to serve. Praying for you and all our military.

Look at it this way. If you are an air traffic controller, you will be higher up than we are so when Jesus comes for us you won't have as far to go.

<Just kidding! A blink of an eye pertains to all of us that know Jesus!>
