    Welcome Poppycat.

Hope you are a bit cooler this week.

I'm located on the East Coast and we are getting a downpour at the moment. Nice cool days.

I've been praying for the West having to endure so many days in a row between 30 - 40 degrees celcius.

    Nice to meet you.

Welcome Poppycat! I is so nice to meet you. There is a lot of stuff to read and so many people to get to know. Lots of nice people here. Just ask anyone if you have questions. And again, welcome.
Psalm 30:11-12 (New King James Version)

    11 You have turned for me my mourning into dancing;
You have put off my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness,
12 To the end that my glory may sing praise to You and not be silent.
O LORD my God, I will give thanks to You forever.

    Hi Mitzy,

I love your emu photo by the way, reminds me of the character in books I've bought my grandkids over the years.

The heat has been unbelievable this year, even had poor little possums falling out of trees in Busselton (on the south coast) because of it. Usually Busselton is a bit cooler than Perth and they tend to get more rain so it has been hot all over. Today is great because the last of cyclone Iggy brought some relief after some rain last night. The humidity before the rain was terrible, don't have to tell you about himid conditions though I suspect.

Thankyou for your welcome, have lurked around RR for some years before deciding to dip into the forum and as I am not super computer savvy it could be a bit of a challenge.

    Hello,

Your username is rather unique. What do the middle letters stand for? I get the NCIS and Gibbsville references but not the rest. We have the series on DVD and enjoy it very much.

    Thankyou for your welcome

Another forum member came up with that title. Ever watch Doctor Who? We had 2 threads running in the Anything goes forum for quite a while, one for the NCIS fanatics and one for the Doctor Who fanatics. Of which I am both. The T.A.R.D.I.S is the "ship" (time traveling and outer space - bigger inside than on the outside) and T.A.R.D.I.S. stands for
    Time
    And
    Relative
    Dimensions
    In
    Space.

So Hootman came up with a way to combine my love of both.

Of course, Dr. Who - der. Am a fan of both series too but lean more towards NCIS. Can't say I ever got into the JAG series though.

I found JAG to be a bit unbelievable. But I would like to hat the episodes that started NCIS from JAGs 10th season.

Good thought, most shops here are offloading old series at the moment and I saw some old JAG episodes out ( 2 series for $15) and I've never seen the 10th which must have morphed into NCIS so will investigate.

My tummy is hitting my backbone so will go get some lunch. Bye for now.

It is because I am on FB too that I decided to try out this forum after visiting RR website for some years. No too sure what to think about FB.

So I did, miss it I mean. Sorry about that.

I was born into a Christian family and was born again at age 9. Won't go into how long ago that was. It wasn't until I married and began having babies that I would say I really woke up to the need for a close walk with the Lord. During daily Bible readings I became aware that I avoided the book of Revelation and so set out in my twenties to see what I could make of it. As it is the only book in the Bible that promises a blessing to the reader, God was indeed true to His Word and began to bless and increase my understanding and sent teaching my way via books, speakers etc. My intense hunger and interest in eschatology has never waned and there is certainly a lot more material out there for me to delve into today. Yippee!!

I guess (tongue firmly in cheek here) having kids will do that to you

Thank you, Poppycat. Yes, isn't it amazing how many and much more believers in Jesus are talking and teaching about the end times, so many recognize the season we're in.
