Wow. Looks easy enough that even I could do that.

I think I gained a few pounds just reading ....

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Psalm 19:14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.

Mutzi, if the digestive bisquits work well for a chesse cake crust I'm sure it will work well for this recipe. "I just didn't know what a digestive bisquit was.

We'll be having this for dessert today after dinner. It was super easy to make and looks yummy.

    Muzti, hi

Thank you for this recipe, I love eclairs and I will have to try this sometime soon! Only thing is, I will have to experiment same as you, as sadly in UK we don't have the same range and variety of products as are found in USA...

I as recall honey grahams are quite crisp and kind of crunchy but digestives are denser. Seems like when you eat them all these bits stick to yoour throat.. I am not really a fan of English biscuits. But as you say, they are good for cheescake base.
“My son, do not make light of the Lord’s discipline, and do not lose heart when he rebukes you, because the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and he chastens everyone he accepts as his son.” Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as his children.

Muzti, thank you for that! Definitely will have to try that Honey Graham recipe with my boys, one of them is quite a cook!

..and your English is not at all "terrible". I'll tell you a secret, my English frequently sounds funny as well, because I am not English either..

Out of interest, what kind of biscuits did you end up using, Muzti?
