Marie, we use the lean ground turkey for just about everything that calls for ground beef-----spaghetti, chili, strogonoff and burgers. I used to use the extra lean but it was just too dry. I think I use the 93/7 now.

I've been doing pretty much the same thing for the last few months. The only things I still prefer the ground beef for are meatloaf and meatballs. I just think they have a better depth of flavor with the ground beef.

I tried it in meatloaf a couple times and we didn't like it either.

We're having hot dogs, corn, macaroni/cheese and several things left over in the fridge. Still haven't got the new range installed so everything will be fixed in the microwave. The new range is a little wider than the opening between the cabinets so we have to have the cabinets/counter tops cut out a little too.
