Brats, hot dogs and sweet corn cooked over a campfire, tomatoes from the garden and some kind of fruit. Haven't decided what kind of fruit yet. And smores for a late night snack. Except for me. I don't eat smores. I'll be eating my chocolate unadulterated the way God intended. That's right. I'll be eating a Hershey bar.

I'm a purist, also, Jade. I like just plain old chocolate--make mine dark though.

I always look at what y'all cook and drool. I used to make big dinners all the time when my husband was home, but it seems pointless when he's gone, since my daughter & I both eat like birds. She's been on this soup kick for the last year or so..... Whenever I cook a meal, she always wants a can of soup instead.
Tonight she had pizza rolls and I had Ramen noodles

There are many nights that I don't cook. My husband's job is very demanding and I never really know when he'll be home. Sometimes he'll call me late in the afternoon and tells me he has no idea when he'll get out the door. So, I often have a bowl of cereal or a sandwhich.

It's been a loooong day. Potluck tonight. Goodluck finding anything in the pot.

Maybe I'll take me down to the local DQ and order me a banana split. It has fruit, dairy and protein. (nuts)
