    family-pleasing sloppy joes (ground turkey, yum!) (and a few potato chips to round it out, lol)

    I haven't had sloppy joes is a long time. I'll have to make some this week! Yum!

    Here's the recipe, they are really good:

    1lb. lean ground turkey
    1/2 C chopped onion (I never use this much, usually just sprinkle in some chopped onion or minced onion)
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 T sugar
    1 T all-purpose flour
    1/2 t pepper
    1 C ketchup
    1 T musstard
    1 T barbeque sauce
    1 T worcestershire sauce

    The bratwurst sounds good but I don't know why, I've not ever been able to handle sweet potatoes.

    Teachin' great granddaughter to sew, so we had to
    go shopping for materials and stuff and on the way home
    stopped at Arby's and got the roast beef sandwich with
    cheese and bacon and of course the dip. Was good.
