We spent the morning at Chena Hot Springs Resort (Christmas Eve tradition), lunched at Chez McDonalds, made one last trip to the post office, and are settled back in at home. It's leftovers tonight for dinner: prime rib, hot dogs, or hamburgers, and a vegetable tray from Sam's with that delicious dip that comes with it.

For Christmas dinner we had ham, cheesy potatoes, green bean casserole, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. We got so full we took a nap to help digest the food. Merry Christmas, and hope you all had a blessed day!

I'm thinking I'll deep fry some jumbo shrimp, and add mashed potatoes and corn.

Lobster tail with real butter and sweet potato fries with horseradish dipping sauce. (Baron shared the fries with me).

It's the last of my festive eating so I really enjoyed it.

Made cheesy mac and ham with the leftover Christmas ham. Had red left lettuce with cranberry walnut dressing and half and avocado on the side.

I'm having Spaghettios and a clementine; I have to work so it can't be too fancy.
