Tonight it's Mac&Cheese with Tuna in it. Served with buttered bread on the side. I know cheap meal but my son Matt wants to cook tonight, and this is the safest thing right now that he knows how to make. That we actually have all ingredients too.

It's part of our homeschooling, see I don't want my future daughter-in-laws hating me, I want my boys to be able to cook for their family if their wives come down sick, and not just rely on fast food......Let's just say my dh has kitchen issues.Tacos tonight!
