So sad for all of the innocent people living in a constant state of terror. How much longer, Lord? There is so much death and destruction around us, with no end in sight. It breaks my heart even more to think of all the death and terror that will happen during the tribulation. The only thing that makes any of this bearable is my hope in Jesus Christ. All these things must come to pass, but it still breaks my heart.

By the way, don't read the comment section of the article. It will make you want to

Today, three of my co-workers me mentioned the looming war in the middle east. Wow. People are taking notice.

Isn't it a shame though how long it is taking for people to wake up? Or how severe something has to be before people take notice? There are a lot of people I know that (should a ME war break out) would say, "How did that happen? I didn't realize things were that bad over there." People are living in bubbles and filling their minds and lives with meaningless junk. The more I see this, the more I understand how easy it will be for people to believe the great delusion. I'm sad to say that I think some people close to me will be counted among them.

When (not if) war breaks out, we all need to be prepared. Whether we are raptured around then or not, things are going to get crazy...

My coworkers were talking about 'something happening'. Not necessarily war in the Middle East. It's funny how people seem to have a sense of approaching danger.

The Great Shame is going to occur when a regional war breaks out in the ME and the sleeping sheeple get startled awake... and automatically blame the Jews for everything.

I can't believe the people who say they are Christians that are against Israel. They say God is finished with Israel. They sure need to read their Bible. Who do they think the 144,000 are? They are 12,000 out of the 12 tribes, and the 2 witnesses to help people get saved found in Revelation. Also, for those who do not believe in a pre-trib rapture who do they think the armies of The Lord are on white horses? They are the saints who were raptured, and coming back with The King Of Kings & Lord Of Lords in the second coming.

Light... You should watch the latest Hal Lindsey, he talks specifically about this topic.
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me.... Yes,my co-workers have mentioned a feeling of doom.It does not seem to bother them though.Maybe they would want to ask Jesus into their lives.

Too many will ignore the warnings and keep living on, choking on their own desires and lusts. I thank God for the understanding we have in Christ Jesus, and secondly, yearn for justice on wickedness. I realize that I myself am more than deserving of this holy justice at the same time.

I tried watching the 2/10/12 broadcast of Hal Lindsey online, but the show stops shortly into the program, and then restarts from the beginning. It never would go fully through the program. Very strange. Trying to find another place to watch it and hopefully, I will be able to see it all the way through.
    Anyone else having this issue?

Come Lord Jesus and bring us home soon!

"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-not by works, so that no one can boast."

Remember that G-d said the times will be worse than any time on earth previously. Things will get a lot worse. Do we get raptured? I hope so. If not early on then this stuff we are seeing is nothing. I think people are jumping the gun a little on this being the beginning of the trib because the world has been in much worse shape than this MANY times before.

That's troubling me also. We know the timeline supposedly but ya never know. What we may see might make WWII look like a child's play.

I guess those are some of the things that blow my mind. I feel like there is so much evil all around us and while I know it will get much worse, some days I have a hard time believing how bad it is NOW and I can't comprehend things being much worse (not including the tribulation, because I know that will be horrific). As I said before, the only thing that makes it bearable is trusting in God's Word, knowing that things are going according to His plan. Whether Jesus returns in 100 days or 100 years, my eyes are on Him.
"Jesus said to them all: "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it."

I don't think that we are in the tribulation yet, but I believe that we are already in the "season" or birth pains. And this is coming from a guy who has never had interest in the end times stuff before. Like millions of people around the world, the recent spate of earthquakes, unrest, economic instability, floods, famines, and diseases has grabbed my attention. Many Bible scholars are in agreement that what we are witnessing now is the beginning of birth pains. Even non-believers seem to sense the same thing. Never in the history of mankind had all these tragedies converged in such a short period of time. The rapture can happen tomorrow or the birth pains can drag on for years before we are finally caught up in the air to meet our Lord. Either way, I really believe that we have entered that season.

IDF fears Syria attack as pressure builds on Assad

    By YAAKOV KATZ - 02/16/2012 02:52 - http://www.jpost.com/MiddleEast/Article.aspx?id=258040

Israel concern hones in on recent reports that Assad is using nerve gas against the new opposition.

Concern is mounting within the IDF over the possibility that Syria will attack Israel as pressure mounts on President Bashar Assad to step down. The move is seen as part of a potential effort by Damascus to deter Arab countries from dispatching military support to opposition forces.

The concern is still under the surface, but the IDF’s Northern Command has drawn up a number of operational responses to a range of scenarios that could evolve along the northern front.

Nevertheless, Israel fears that Assad, under pressure, could turn the military force – that he has been using in an attempt to quell the ongoing uprising against his regime – against Israel.

    ....
    Ya, It'll leave a mark.

This is such a cool time to be alive, Isaiah 17 for the win!
Isaiah 41:13 "For I am the LORD your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you."

Hebrews 13:5 "Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said,

    'Never will I leave you;
    never will I forsake you.'"

Jesus will not leave you, even when everyone else deserts you, he never will.

Yeppers especially given the UN resolution. May well be Syria that sets the Middle East ablaze initially, not Iran.

    I think so Steve
Jesus is coming now at "Any Moment"! Are you ready?

Romans 10:9 That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Praying for the Peace of Jerusalem. Amen.
