To my knowledge, no such passage exists.
Jesus said we will know the SEASON (the end times) by various events. That's it.
I did a search, nothing.

I've heard said by family members who like to mix scripture with quotes from "soothsayers", that it was Old Mother Shipton, a witch from Yorkshire who said that "you won't know summer from winter, & then the end shall come." So no, it's not scripture. That's perhaps where you heard it.
