    hi,

yes i thought of that too that since they have my SAG name they could even contact SAG and find out my REAL name. ehhhhh nothing is sacred anymore.

that picture is creepy and def a reminder of the power of the internet and these social networking sites. i guess a reminder that whatever you don't want people to know don't post it online!!!

Facebook may be the most popular social networking source, but it's not the only site that harvests personal information (data mining) or has loose privacy policies to help the government(s) "keep us safe".

Last year I discovered a huge data center was being built in Utah before I saw the photo below of a "closed door" dinner meeting to discuss innovation initiatives, creating jobs and increasing exports to boost the US economy. Somehow I could not ignore the red flags and warning bells knowing the background of the guests and how "Zucky" had the honor of sitting at Obama's right hand.

Sarkozy also invited internet business leaders, including those from Facebook, Google, Amazon & News Corp. to the G-8 Summit a few months later to "discuss regulation of the Web"

Did you also find it creepy how a biotech pioneer (Art Levinson, Genentech) became a chairman of Apple?

I have never heard of anything happening like that on FB...I'd say someone is trying to hack your account. I don't think using a fake name is the issue, either. It has nothing to do w/ you posting about 'lent' either...I have a handful of friends who posted about lent on FB and they did not complain of any issues. Just try logging in again. When you finally get through, change your password. You actually should change your password frequently.

BTW, my son is now in the 7th grade!

nope alot of people have said that (hack issue) but it's not that. i contacted FB directly and got the answer that i need to send them my IDs. this is starting to happen for real so for whatever reason they chose my account as one that they need to "verify". it's def not a hacking. i'm so over it at this point and just want to chuck FB.

Wow, that is just weird. Maybe they think YOU are trying to impersonate someone else???
