Idol Worship?

I watched TBN many years ago and when they went off the air on our local station. I called to see why they were no longer airing their programs. The manager said he was disappointed, but they could not afford TBN's fees so the contract was not renewed. I thought then that can't be good. But Lord help us look at this clip Ringo posted http://youtu.be/z_QNPyotpI8 When I see reports like this all I can think of is how evil plus all those sending in money that they so desperately need themselves or should at least plant in fertile ground.

Yesterday I flipping through and stopped for a moment because I saw David Jeriamah on there, then went to flip on and my tv was stuck on that station no matter what station I tried to turn too, so I was listening and I am just disgusted by the tv preachers that get on there and say if you will send us $272 dollers ( to stuff their pockets) you will get your miracle or finicial breakthrough. GRRRR

You are right about Dr.Charles Stanley.I did not realize that he was on TBN.

I could not even watch them continue when I heard them say that were putting a staff and man made images of the Most High G-d and an angel.
That was outright blasphemy and idolotry.

There are a few good things on TBN (I also enjoy all the above as well as Joseph Prince), but I dropped tv because there was so little I could watch on there without cringing and I do not have money for that, at all. When the Lord said that he would give us life, and give it to us more abundantly, I believe he means our spiritual life. I feel so wonderfully blessed by the Lord, more so than in my entire life. I used to have plenty of money, stuff and things, but I wasn't happy. Now I am living in abject poverty with serious life issues, and I feel full of such contentment and peace. That is abundant living.
