    Default Schindler's List

I wanted to post a link to the list of names of the Jewish people who were saved from Nazi death camps by Oscar Schindler.
The Jewish people have suffered so much. I can't wait to see them living in complete peace and safety after The Lord returns to set up His Kingdom on earth.
With a hostile world where so many still want to exterminate God's Chosen People, we should never forget.

My heart aches for the Jewish people. I can only sit there and look at someone with contempt when they joke about the Holocaust. Sometimes they sarcastically say, "too soon?" and I have to remind them that it is always too soon to joke about the mass genocide perpetrated by the Nazis during World War II. I bet they wouldn't joke if they took a tour of Auschwitz and saw the chambers which were the last things millions of people ever saw.

iSong posted a video in another thread once of a recording made on 20 April 1945 during the liberation of the Bergen-Belsen camp. Someone recorded a very battered, very broken, but still very much alive Jewish people singing Hatikva, Hebrew for "Hope", the Israeli national anthem. I get chills every time I listen to it.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1

In the event of darkness, depression, sadness, or loneliness, your Bible can be used as a flotation device.

I'm more interested in the offspring of Schindler's list and what they are doing today.

The Holocaust was very & Oskar Schindler is credited for saving over 1,100 Jews during the Holocaust. I realize he was Catholic, but I hope he was saved. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oskar_Schindler

I was in Auschwitz and Birkenau last fall. The level of evil the Jews were subjected to was just beyond belief. I was praying inside of me the whole time. I was a complete wreck afterwards. I`ve seen films and read books, but nothing comes close to actually standing i the gas chamber and knowing what happened there. I still get chills when i think about it.
