    Hi!

I'm Heather if you've been around THAT long.

" I have had an increasing burden to engage in some down and dirty, street evangelism." March 6, 2010

Isaiah 6:8 I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “ Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?”

Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”

    Matthew 22:9 NIV
'So go to the street corners and invite to the banquet anyone you find.’

    I'm praying for you daily!

The Lord can't bless what you don't invest.

Please pray for my daughter Lindsey to seek a relationship with Jesus while he may still be found.

I just came back, too, after a long hiatus. Feels good. Like coming home, huh?

I hope what kept you away wasn't as awful as what kept me away. Well, anything that keeps us away from a walking relationship with our Lord, Jesus Christ, is awful no matter what context it comes in. I let my battle with depression (hereditary) take over nearly completely for several years. I'm fighting my way back. And although it feels like an uphill battle, I know the view will be spectacular once I get there.

RR therapy works wonders. I posted my bio last night. Took a few hours but I spilled my guts but it was wonderfully therapeutic. Plus it feels good getting back into the God-swing of things.

Welcome home... and please do, tell us all.

My husband has been having nightly seizures for the past two years and sometimes during the day. We finally found an answer to our prayers in a doctor who has been able to find medication that has helped him. He starts driving again next month. Hopefully he will have a job again soon. He also has a traumatic head injury that makes it near impossible for him to work. We are also going through the long process of disability. I have a job I like however I am also looking into different career options as well. We have wonderful 4 year old boy and expecting our second boy in July. Its been tough but God has always provided for us.

Welcome back to RR! I'm sorry to hear about your husband, but I'm glad things are looking up!

Pug, you know Ron had a very severe head injury several years ago. As a result, he is partly paralyzed on one side, has the impulse control issues, forgetful, etc.

Make sure you document EVERYTHING he can't do now when you file the claim.

With God's help, I filed Ron's disability myself, after his accident. I got a lovely caseworker who fast-tracked it, and was so nice about everything I made her an afghan.

Praise God for His provision when you have such struggles. My hubby & I aer both sick and unable to work but God has provided us with a modest stream of income (from a place we would never have expected it to come).

Praying for your hubby's recovery and on going health may the Lord have his hand upon him each day. Praying for your pregnancy that it will also be kept under God's loving care. Praying for a job that would suit your hubby perfectly, In Jesus Name Amen.

The Lord does take care of us. We have to just keep walking in our faith and choosing to trust Him for all our needs each day.

    Welcome back.
