I am doing it!
Yep I am dead set to homeschool my children now! More forced to, but I will never ever ever let me kids set foot in this school district again! First it was the school ignoring my 13 year old's bully. Then it was they were punishing him and not the bully. Then the principle flat out told me that it was a punishment ment for me. Then they stopped even talking to me and placed my son in ISS because he tried to get the bully to stop by saying something funny and that was "disruptive", which lead to my son being kicked off track, which will prevent him from being on the high school football team next year, and he was super upset. Plus this so called In school suspinsion they made him serve without telling me, they locked him in a small room with no windows and had no supervision at all. The only contact he got from any one was the lunch lady bringing him his lunch. This ISS happend on the day my 7 year old son was having his 4th major surgery (9.5 hours) at the childern's hospital 115 miles away. We just had a meeting at his school yesterday, where the superintendent threated us and my children with violence. I am done! I will not let me kids go back there ever again! My two daughters are very upset this morning as they love school and are worried about not having friends and things. I don't know how to do any of this, but I read the sticky and I will figure it out. Oh and this bully that day my son tried to defuse the situation with humor, was teasing my son about our religon and our Native American heritage. Nothing happend to the bully, nothing.
