    lol...alike minds think alike

yeah I don't play either. plus, what some people don't understand is that if they do win, then they have to pay taxes on it. Plus there is not a chance to win like you mentioned. Not to mention the demons that will come out. Not for me.

I'm sure Steph would do exactly what I would do . . . share it all with my RR brothers and sisters . . .

In the words of IMSAVED, "yeah, right" . . .

My hubby plays the Lottery every week. The most he has won is his money back for the price of his ticket. As long as the bills are paid and the cupboard is full, he can have his $5.00 a week.

Personally, and quite truthful, I wouldn't want the headache.

I heard that all 170-something-million numbers are taken, so someone(s) will win.
The heavens are telling of the glory of God; And their expanse is declaring the work of His hands.
Day to day pours forth speech, And night to night reveals knowledge.

Oh Steph, you're just the best in my book. You know that, right??

Seriously though, winning that would cause unseen problems I wouldn't wish on anyone.

I would quit my job, build a homeless shelter, build a no-kill animal shelter, give lots of $ to St. Jude's, some $ to my church & my parents and my kids' college funds were be set. I would go back to school to be an RN OR I would work in an orphanage that I would plan on building. I would also give Heather some $ for her Bible handout ministry, and help out those people on here who are struggling financially. Of course, I would pay off all of my debt, too.

I am almost on the same EXACT page as you! I actually laughed out loud when you mentioned Heather's Bibles because I thought the same thing last night.. So much could be done to help people, animals and to spread God's word!!! I pray that whoever wins it uses it to God's will and glory.
Please pray for my unsaved loved-ones. Time is short.

If money did grow on trees and each tree had $1, how much land would you need for 6,400,000 trees spaced 10 feet apart? I don't know maybe the State of Texas.

TELL ME ABOUT IT!! I worked today (6a.m.-2p.m. shift)--the store normally averages $150-$200 per day ALL 3 shifts (over 24-hr. period), right? Well today our morning shift did $2,000 alone!!! (And this was in addition to cooking tons of food, going through some 20-24 gallons of coffee, checking in vendors, watching fuel pumps for any "drive-offs", and ringing up customers!) People were buying these tickets not knowing what they were even called or how to check whether they win, etc., etc. Of course, all of this takes time, so the lines were getting long.... I am EXHAUSTED! Am I in a little pity pot or what?!
Now when these things begin to take place, look up and raise your heads, because your redemption is drawing near Luke21:28

Two things I have tried that I think are decent theories. 1) If you play a set of numbers everytime try only playing half that set, the numbers you have the most confidence in and quick picking the other half. Odds are the set you normally play will only have 1 to 2 hits and you might can catch the quick pick numbers for a nice profit on the day even if you don't knock it out of the park. On any given night, if you have picked three and are lucky enough to hit all or majority of the three, then you might luck into the remaining quick combinations. Conversely if you hit all of the majority of the quick pick combinations, you might luck out with the remaining numbers you usually play. 3 and 3 or 4 and 2 is a good split for numbers played and quick pick from my chair. 2) One drawing out of roughly 7 will have a combination of numbers without a single digit or a number in the 50's. If you play a ticket with no single digit numbers or numbers in the 50's you reduce the number of combinations by 16 to the 5th power. The risk here is that the winning combination will indeed have a single digit or a 50 in the mix, however if it does not you will have a better shot at catching the numbers in between. Just some theories I have been experimenting with. BOL to everybody.

If I could, I would trade all that money (640 million) for 2 million if I could remain anonymous.

My husband asked a friend to buy him one ticket. He says that's all he would need.

I could do some INSANE Bible Distribution if we won.

Isaiah 6:8 I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “ Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?”

Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”

    Pray hard.

Fund major Bible Distribution. Maybe set up a very low cost Bible publisher. People could get a Bible for a quarter or so. Nice ones.

I would also set up a black cat rescue. They have horrible adoption rates and very high kill rates. 4 out of 5 get killed.

I'd go wherever God led me. Wow. We could do a lot with that money.

    Open a casino?

OK, seriously, I'd give it all away and repent for gambling.

    PR 30:8 Keep falsehood and lies far from me;
give me neither poverty nor riches,
but give me only my daily bread.

PR 30:9 Otherwise, I may have too much and disown you
and say, `Who is the LORD?'
Or I may become poor and steal,
and so dishonor the name of my God.
