Commentary section
A thought just occured to me and I decided to share it. Would it be helpful to have a section for discussing commentary news items? We cannot use opinion pieces to report news but sometimes want to discuss said opinions. If there was a separate section it would be easier to mark them as opinion/commentary and discuss as such. They would not be able to pollute the regular news threads.

Commentaries are sometimes (often?) allowed if you put *commentary* in the title so people are clear that's what it is.If you have a question if it will be allowed or not, you can check with the mods first.
