Default Does God delight in the believer?

God loves us but does He delight in us, believers? Because, even though we are believers, we sin and sometimes do disgusting things.
Maybe that's a stupid question. Are there any verses?
“My son, do not make light of the Lord’s discipline, and do not lose heart when he rebukes you, because the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and he chastens everyone he accepts as his son.” Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as his children.
    Hebrews 12:5,6,7

As long as we are in these corrupted sin nature bodies, we will always sin... not sometimes.

Paul tells us that the Father does not see us as we are, but as we will be. Time is our problem, not His.

He sees His Bride, His Church. Delighted? Just think of the promises He has made. (not the ones to Israel, the ones to His Bride)

This is how He sees us right now. For us, we havent changed physically so we cant see it. He does.

    Heaven rejoices. Angels regoice.
I accept nothing from man as truth...
only that, One is the truth. (John 14-6)

    Pre-Flood/Pre-Trib (Genesis 5-24)

Think about it from this approach; Does God delight in His Son? Does the Son delight in the Father? Etc... If so, The Father delights in us, because we are in the Son, and are the Son's. We are now righteous because the Son is Righteous.

Thanks to sweeetlilgurlie on Narniaweb for the sig

I know that God shows no favoritism BUT there are exceedingly great benefits for those that love and seek Him.
