Be Careful of Children Bible Stories

i owned a couple bible children stories such as "Picture Bible of the New Testament", "Dk: Children's Illustrated Bible", "365 Stories in the Bible by MAry Batchelor" and "The Action Bible"

be careful folks of choosing children's bible because although the stories are taken from the bible the dk one is numb or simply neutral on aknowleding the deity of christ. not all bible stories for children have SALVIFIC IMPACT, not to mention dk books are secular in origin.


i do recommend the comics picture bible of the new testament, one of the greatest illustrated simplified bible of all time!!!

Not at all familiar with the above, but your point is well taken.
Too many parents are too interested in "cuteness" or recommendations etc, rather than the content. I'm afraid most don't know their own Bible well enough to judiciously choose a "kiddie" version for the tykes.

Yep, picking out a Bible for your children is extremely important! It always pays to read thru it first before buying it!
