Rewards in Heaven
A man dies and goes to heaven. He is greeted by an angel who shows him his place of residence. They turn into a neighborhood that has row after row of giant mansions, each more dazzling than the last. They come to the end of the street and the angel shows the man a little shack. "This is where you'll be living from now on." The man objects "Wait a minute! Why do I get this shack and not one of these mansions?" The angel replied "Well, we did the best with the money you sent us."
A preacher dies and goes to heaven. He is greeted by an angel and told to follow him to his dwelling place. They come to a very beautiful mansion and the preacher can't help but ask "Is this where I'll really live?" The angel replies "Yes, and this is also where you'll work." He hands the preacher a broom. The preacher asks "Wait, I'm to live here as a servant? Who owns this place then?" The angels points to a woman standing at the door. The preacher looks carefully at her and says "I think I recognize that woman." The angels responds by saying "You should. She held the door open at the church you preached at."
Ephesians 3:17-18
That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
"It is by faith alone we are saved, but not by faith which is alone."
