When you want to post a picture, use the URL or web link like:

'http://inapcache.boston.com/universal/site_graphics/blogs/bigpicture/memday_05_25/m05_19126153.jpg'

And then simply add [IMG] at the beginning of your link, and at the end of the link put [/IMG].

{IMG}http://inapcache.boston.com/universal/site_graphics/blogs/bigpicture/memday_05_25/m05_19126153.jpg{/IMG}

That's what it should look like. Now instead of using {IMG} and {/IMG} (I'm using those to show you what it should look like without actually making it happen), you use [IMG]ThisIsMyPicturesInternetLink[/IMG]

And then it'll show up like this:
