    Her love for her husband is so all-encompassing, that she sees him as an extension of that love, not separate from it. What an inspiration! She sets an example of that beautiful unselfish, sacrificial, giving love. The kind that gives, not in order to get something in return, but merely to give to someone else out of a heart of pure love.

    Yes! And it is an allegory of the relationship of the Lord and His Bride, the church. He is so perfect, and beyond our understanding. Yet as flawed as we are in this human body, He still loves us and is getting ready to call His Bride home. Praise the Lord!!

    The divorce rate would go waaaayyyy down if couples based their marriage on the foundation of friendship and of selfless love. Seems many view the marriage vows as breakable for any reason and are ready to hit the door the moment life gets difficult.
