Default Eagle or Angel in Revelation 8:2

I was parallel reading revelation 8 with the ESV (for simplicity) and NKJV (for true historical accuracy). I have questions about the bold parts in which they differ, and I'm not sure which is correct.

    ESV verses in question:

The fourth angel blew his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, and a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of their light might be darkened, and a third of the day might be kept from shining, and likewise a third of the night. Then I looked, and I heard an eagle crying with a loud voice as it flew directly overhead, "Woe, woe, woe to those who dwell on the earth, at the blasts of the other trumpets that the three angels are about to blow!" (Revelation 8:12, 13 ESV)

    NKJV verses in question:

Then the fourth angel sounded: And a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them were darkened. A third of the day did not shine, and likewise the night. And I looked, and I heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven saying with a loud voice, “Woe, woe, woe to the inhabitants of the earth, because of the remaining blasts of the trumpet of the three angels who are about to sound!” (Revelation 8:12, 13 NKJV)
The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all. Amen. (Revelation 22:21) ESV

Are you asking about the difference in translation of eagle and angel?

I'm going to take a guess the ESV is a simple type error somebody missed.

And they shall mount up with eagle's wings.......Eagle winged angel.

Two different source document sets have two different words there.

NASB has 'eagle' as well, but the KJV has 'angel'.

    G105
    ἀετός
    aetos
    ah-et-os'
From the same as G109; an eagle (from its wind like flight): - eagle.

    G32
    ἄγγελος
    aggelos
    ang'-el-os
From ἀγγέλλω aggellō (probably derived from G71; compare G34; to bring tidings); a messenger; especially an “angel”; by implication a pastor: - angel, messenger.
The heavens are telling of the glory of God; And their expanse is declaring the work of His hands.
Day to day pours forth speech, And night to night reveals knowledge.
    (Psa 19:1b-2)
