Saw this one on TV. Never considered Saudi Arabia as King of the South always thought it was Egypt. They are both relatively south of Israel. One east and one west. It was an interesting hypothesis with China, oil and nukes. See how it turns out.

I dont understand why Hal Lindsey who has made false predictions before is embraced on this forum and others that have made false predictions are CONDEMNED! Mods can you please explain?

And I don't understand why Christians continue to falsely accuse Hal Lindsey of having made false predictions. When a person says " if this happens thi way then this other thing could happen at a particular time", that's not a perdiction. That is speculation. This has been explained on these boards numerous times in the years I've been here.

While I know that hal Lindsey did not mke false predictions because I read through all of that numerous times many years ago and over many years, I am far from always agreeing with everything Mr. Lindsey says.

Our founders believed that those in power were only given that power by the people , for a short time, and then the reigns of power were handed over to another generation. They new that if someone stayed in power too long that they become corrupted and actually start believing they deserve the power and are supreme, much like third world dictators. Our leaders in America now believe that they are supreme and are corrupted beyond hope. IF a people do not have God, then they replace him with something else, false gods in the past or kings, or in our case big government. Those who make promises to the masses in return for power never deliver what they promise. It is sad to see how corrupted our leaders are and how ignorant our people are. I hate to say it , but hell will be full of liberals.

I have never heard HL make a specific prediction as if he was some kind of prophet. Not once.

He speculates on what may happen next based on unfolding world events as they mirror bible prophecy same as we do.

Sweeping generalizations are easy to make but providing specific proof is another thing. HL's accusers have never provided that proof.

Go to wikipedia The People's Republic of China and Saudi Arabia relations. Scroll down to Military relations. China and Saudi Arabia have been dealing militarily (publicly) since the mid 1980's. They seem to indicate that the Saudis have already purchased intercontinental ballistic missles from China.
I have listenened to Hal Lindsey often for years, and read a few of his books. Never have I seen him get into the "prophetic realm" or say he is a prophet. He knows the Bible very well (especially Bible prophecy). He is a good writer and speaker. I believe many consider the basis for Hal's comments, the Debka File, to be unreliable. But it seems that Saudi Arabia already has ballistic missles from China.
