This is wonderful.Better to light a single candle than to curse the darkness.
Praise the Lord, and three cheers for Mississippi!
Ph 3:15 (paraphrased):...And if on some point you and I think differently, that too God will make clear to us. Only let us live up to what we have already attained.
What the bill does is prevent abortions being done in Mississippi by those doctors who do not have privileges to admit patients to local hospitals. At this time, the abortion doctors are all from out of state. Those seeking abortion will probably just cross state lines, as in the past. Also, local doctors may establish their own murder industry.
Nonetheless, it's at least a temporary distinction for a State often rated as first regarding anything bad (illiteracy, teenage pregnancies, obesity) and last regarding anything good.

It is too bad that their are not more.![]()
My beloved spake, and said unto me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away.
For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone; the flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land; the fig tree putteth forth her green figs, and the vines with the tender grape give a good smell. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away.
Baruch haba b'Shem Adonai!
Sorry to report that the abortions continue as the clinic attorneys have challenged the ruling (see Verisimilitude's article above).
The article does show protestors in front of the clinic. Theirs has been a steady presence despite intense and continual opposition.
Sorry....I just saw on CNN that the Judge has decided to keep the doors open. That is our wonderful door for you.![]()
Oh dear, very fearful for that judge. Sad for the children that will be sacrificed in the name of 'choice'. To not even be given a chance and a dreadful death. I really can't stand it.
