Screen Shot.....
How do I get a picture of what is currently on my monitor? I've been having "issues" with Facebook lately & an option that they have in their reporting of the problem is to send a screen shot of what I'm trying to have corrected.
I've tried the approach that Windows has on the website, but I must be doing something wrong. It appears not to work.

I'm not sure the procedure you followed, but if I've ever had to make a screen shot in Windows, I've pressed Print Screen (PrtScrn), then gone to an app where I can paste the screen shot. Word, Paint, something like that. Print Screen appears to do nothing at first, but it actually puts the screen shot on the clipboard, then you have to paste it and save it. In my experience, anyhow...
