Hi....
Yesterday at work ( I am in hospitality,at restaurant..) 2 customers came at the afternoon lunch...they came early and they know me 3 years now,and so before ordering we were chatting when the conversation ( surprise surprise....) went about God.....now they are 2 nice Roman Catholic ladies,one older and the other younger...I am omitting their names for privacy reasons...btw...they are involved very much with the local RCC Parish,very fine ladies,very kind people...but with not the foggiest idea abot salvation by grace though faith in Jesus finished work on Calvary on our behalf....and the lot...so they were both talking to me about The Eucharist,The apparitions of Mary,The Pope etc..etc...I let them speak...then I gave them The Gospel,pure and simple and they were really touched....in the meantime they were choosing from the menu what to order I had to go into the Restaurant Kitchen....then I went back to their table to get their orders...and the younger lady was amazed...and the older said....wow..she is been healed!meaning the younger one got healed,and I asked,what do you mean? and the younger said :"I came in to have a meal,but my left shoulder was in excruciating pain,I couldn't even move my arm,I was in pain,then while you were talking about Jesus and His Gospel of Grace,while you went in the kitchen,I got healed,look..." and she moved her left arm,and she was so happy and really really touched,by JESUS.Premise,I just talked about Jesus,just gave them the Gospel,did not lay hands or even pray for her healing,as a matter of fact I did not even know that she had this problem,but JESUS DID and He touched her!
So when they finished eating,they went away happy and I told them to start reading the Gospel of John...and they said they would do that...The Lord is surely Wonderful and Amazing,HE IS ALIVE and so very POWERFUL.....please pray for them to open their heart to HIM,just mention this to The Lord,He knows.....
and for the rest of us,so down for the horrible things happening in the world and the church...let's not loose heart,let's talk about Jesus and preach Jesus,no formulas,but HIM,THE LORD of GLORY....and signs will FOLLOW....because HE has NOT changed...and HE is in charge...
ALL THE GLORY BE TO JESUS,our GREAT SAVIOR REDEEMER SOON COMING KING!...
