    Default Rainbow Clouds

Well, I was in my way to pick up my girls from school and notice a rainbow cloud right above me. I am like.. wow!! That is beautiful. I did some search on the internet and found out that rainbow clouds are rare. The sun has to be at a certain angle to produce this color clouds so next time I will bring my camera in the car and if I see another one, I am pulling over and taking a picture!!

The cloud I saw looked like an arrow and the bottom part of the "arrow" cloud was in different colors!! Just stunning!!

    Here's a link to a rainbow cloud.

    Beautiful, CakeDecorator--thanks for sharing!

Your rainbow arrow cloud was a wonderful gift from God!

A photo will remain burned into your mind for a very long time. An actual print of the photo would have been nice for the rest of us, but I can almost imagine!

Thanks for sharing your marvelous moment with us.

After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in heaven. And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said, "Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this."

It sure lifts our spirit to see some of God's special handiwork.
I saw my first rainbow cloud earlier this summer. Just beautiful.
    Only lasted about 5 minutes.
And yes, I did thank and praise Him.

My husband and I saw one the other day too! I made him pull over to take a look (didn't want him to veer off the road) and we didn't know what it was!! Thank you CakeDecorator for telling us! I can say it was soooo beautiful and wished I had my camera. It wasn't as big as the one in the picture, but it was awesome!

Sounds like what my husband calls sundogs. Around here, if there is one on one side of the sun then there is usually one on the other side. Very neat.

Just out of curiousity, which way was that arrow pointing?
Kinda like the Lord saying 'the promise is coming" ? At least
I like to think of it that way.

We saw one in Bend, Oregon whilst at an outdoor concert. There was a dark sky with an approaching lightning storm behind it and the low setting sun made the whole scene glow a kind of dark orange. Unforgettable!
