This whole thing is so tragic. I'm not a psychologist but it sounds to me like he was manic/depressive. Not everyone is diagnosed quickly or properly with this disorder. My poor sil tried to understand what was wrong with himself and had years of couseling from various psychologists. He was finally diagnosed as manic/depressive a few months ago and is doing well now that he is on the correct medications.

Yes he had demonic spirits controlling him...If you notice the demons almost always have them murder others and then command them to then kill themselves..( suicide spirits). thats their pattern for murder and destruction...so sad...
