    Default p90x working out

    Hey all:

If anyone is looking for a good, at home, workout regimen, I've been using the p90x program - its pretty intense (not for the faint of heart), but I think its a great program. [I have no affiliation with pb90x or beachbody - I just like the program]. Any other p90x users here?

    Regards

I'm a little late to this thread, but I just started it 3 weeks ago and Im very impressed with the results. I've lost 11 pounds and 4% body fat already.

I've seen the infomercial and it looks quite impressive. My current workout regimen though is just for bulking up. Basically you just lift enough weight that you can only do about 8 reps before total muscle fatigue, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Then Saturday and Sunday off. When ever you get to where you can do more than 8 reps, you add a little more.

P90X user here. It definitely is tough, but it does the job. Tony makes a lot of it enjoyable with his talk.

Just watching the videos makes me tired. It is very intense and I don't see how someone couldn't benefit from these workouts.

Just started this program today. WOW is all I can say. This is insane, but I'm sure it'll do the job!
