i want to make the pickle stuffed meatloaf, but it needs 2 eggs... per 2# of beef.
i only have one
is there any cookin subbidude for eggs that will work in meatloaf?
The egg is really just a binder so one should do it. Just cut back on the liquid you use in the loaf.
However, someone better cook than me might have some suggestions.
I would give some advice, but I think I told you how my meatloaf experience went!
I know....leave the pickles out.![]()

Revelation 22:17a The Spirit and Bride are now saying, "Come!" The ones who hear are now saying, "Come!" The ones who thirst are now saying, "Come!" Come LORD Jesus !

Pickles in meatloaf????
Recipe??? is this good??![]()
You must have missed the pickle thread!!

I looked at that recipe, and it looks really good! Just like what Tenbear said, the egg is what will hold your meat loaf together. You can make due with just one egg, and it will just be flakier and a less solid loaf.
Yes you must've missed the pickle thread.. These gals are crazy for their pickles!!![]()
<-- Me NOT so much..
