I love J. Vernon Magee! I love his southern accent too.... when I read his written material, I can "hear his voice" in my head LOL..... can't wait to meet him in heaven!

I have his 5 volume commentary set, and have listened to many hours of his radio programs. He is one of the greatest pastors and theologians I have ever read. He gets my highest recommendation.

I love Vernon McGee also. He isn't one that goes in great depth, but I have often found him as one who brings a simple and refreshing perspective to bible teaching. His wit, laid back demeanor, and southern accent makes his studies so enjoyable. Not to mention that he is sound in doctrine.
His commentary set is a great resource! I have enjoyed it for years.
Also, Arnold Frutchenbaum has some good audio teachings from his website, Ariel Ministries. I am presently reading his book, "The Footsteps of the Messiah", and it is excellent!

I listen to his daily Thru the Bible 5 year program. Has greatly helped my spiritual walk with the Lord. I love his down to earth style of frank humility. My grandparents listened to him for many years, then my Mom listened to him with us children when we were little and now I listen to him. His programs are timeless and simple to understand for people of all ages.

Vernon McGee was wonderful at preaching the simplicity of the Gospel, so that all are able to grasp it. I love his commentaries and style of preaching!
