Default I spend too much time at Womens forum!

    Interesting conversations, most of them.

I really enjoy reading the advice given by the more experienced and Godly
    ladies to the younger ones.

Also the general struggles they face, and how they might see us as men.
Things they think about, worry about, enjoy.

In the end I think its more than entertainment to me, it helps
shed light on how my wife might feel or think about things.

I need all the help in the understanding of women department I can get.
Especially with 3 daughters in the house too.

So I sense Im not alone in being addicted to reading the womens forum here.
But none of you guys have to admit it.

Yeah that new post method of browsing gets me sometimes too. lol

PS: Speaking for myself, I dont mind if women post in the mens area, as long as they are respectful enough to keep in mind our differences. (not to judge or nag)
Ive posted in the womens area more than once, trying my best to be considerate.

I am essentially mother and father in my home so I'm naturally drawn to some of the thread titles that ultimately take me to the women's forum. With rare exception I don't participate in the threads out of respect for the ladies, though sometimes I do without realizing I'm in the women's forum. The one exception is the "what's for dinner" thread. I participate in that and have been welcomed to participate.

I don't mind if the ladies post in here, just leave the seat up when you leave. We like it like that.

In the next 4 years this is the only "change" I'm looking forward to...

As a homeschooling family, I check that thread often (I was glad they started it) and I also look for pleas for help - auto, pets, home repair. Sometimes though, I think we are steared to a poster either to pray for, or give encouragement, or offer advice.

So long as we respect the posters, I'm sure we are welcome throughout this board.

And since I don't like baseball (or most sports), Icebear can have my spot.

I'll admit to this...I'd never thought of doing that -until now! I live with my wife and her daughter and never thought of this in order to try to understand them better. Thanks.

It's really because of our lovely lace curtains and way we've tastefully decorated the forum, isn't it.

Oh, and when you were there last time, I noticed you forgot to use a coaster when you put your soda on our nice coffee table. Try and remember next time, OK?
