I'd like to convert a thread to Microsoft Word

if you go to "thread tools" just at the top right of your OP, the dropdown box will have "show printable version", click that then do the copy/paste thing. i think that is the simplest way to do it... but more computer savvy people might have better ideas.

That works well as you can get the whole thread very easily.
