    Gender icon.

I am not sure if i am the first one bringing this up, probably not.

Anyways is ther a way we can put a "gender" icon somewhere next to our advatar, perhaps the universal sex symbols, so we could know who we are talking to. I found myself quoting people with the wrong gender remark.

    LOL
    ok.
    i go away now.

i have wondered if that would work too... i think it could. it could be optional of course. when i first started coming online i used a female name and got pounced on by every geeky male reject on the interwebz. so i went with what i assumed was a gender neutral name and now most people think i'm a male. i have even been accused of being a sexist pig and a chauvinist before

You could add the letter M or F to your avatar.

You should never have let anyone know your real identity. Could have messed with a few heads, like Buzz's....May have been fun!

but TT, that would be boooooring! See, the mods make the "big bucks", so we might as well make 'em work for it.

You're right... it would be wrongheaded to deprive the mods of a job, or to have them twiddling their thumbs during their work hours because they don't have enough to do... TT should learn to think before he types
Thanks for setting me straight, I expect I'll be a more thoughtful person for it.

If "Rebekah" is confusing to people, then they have the problem, not me.

I've added a "gender" modification to the board. You should see by my username the new icon for a "male" poster. In order to use the modiciation you must enter in either "male" of "female", then the appropriate icon will display. To do this, simply go to your usercp, select edit your details, and enter the appropriate value for the "gender" field and then click save.

You can then come and view a post you made and see if the icon is showing up.

I hope mine had long hair!!!!
The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.
