Navy Seal Perfect Push Ups
I got a set of Navy Seal Perfect Push Ups for Christmas. The kind that twist when you use them. You may have seen them on TV. I have been doing 25 every other day and I still can't get off 25. They will kick your tail. I am not as young as I used to be and it is every so hard to try and stay in somewhat physical shape. I am gonna hang with it though, but they are tough. I would recommend them to anyone who exercises.

Yea I got that as well, works great.I just got back into 'training' a couple days ago-I feel like I've been hit by a bus. Its a good pain though, your doing something right if it hurts the next day. Keep at it John and try doing 3 negatives(bring yourself down as slowly as humanly possible) when you can't push yourself up anymore.

Are you doing 25 all in one set ? If so, break it into 3 sets and take 30 secons to 1 minute between sets and you'll knock out 30 pretty easy.

If you are not weight lifting, you can do push ups most every day since your only using your own body weight. You might tray doing 20 4 days in a row, take 2 days off then trying for 26. Mix it up.. and you should see some improvement. If you don't mix it up, it will be hard to get off that plataeu your on..
