Prince Charles: World must act now to Save Planet

Britain's Prince Charles warned on Thursday that mankind has 100 months or less to save the planet from a climate-caused disaster.

Charles told some 150 business leaders in Rio de Janeiro that "the best projections tell us that we have less than 100 months to alter our behavior before we risk catastrophic climate change and the unimaginable horrors that this would bring."

"Any difficulties which the world faces today will be nothing compared to the full effects which global warming will have on the worldwide economy," he said. "It will result in vast movements of people escaping either flooding or droughts, in uncertain production of foods and lack of water and, of course, increasing social instability and potential conflict."


"It will affect the well-being of every man, woman and child on our planet," the prince added, calling for urgent steps to curb deforestation and greenhouse gas emissions.

The Prince of Wales has warned that global warming has reached a 'defining moment,' and humanity has 'less than 100 months' to save the planet.

According to a report in the Telegraph, Prince Charles made this statement to 200 business leaders in Rio de Janeiro.

He delivered his most impassioned and urgent plea yet on the need for the world to unite to tackle global warming.

In a keynote speech in Brazil, the heir to the throne delivered a stark warning that if nations fail to tackle deforestation and other problems over the next eight years, then irreversible harm will be done to the environment


"As the world's economy heads further into recession, it would be easy to lose sight of the bigger picture; to commit the sin, as we say in England and if you will pardon the terrible pun, of 'not seeing the wood for the trees'. For we are, I fear, at a defining moment in the world's history," he said.

"We are facing a series of challenges so immense that we can, perhaps, be forgiven for feeling they are all too forbidding to confront," the Prince of Wales added.

In his speech, Prince Charles quoted Chico Mendes, the great Brazilian environmentalist, who said we are all "fighting for humanity."

Charles warned that the need for action was urgent.

Al Gore is being groomed as the minister for the Prince's environmental religion. From what I've heard on a YouTube video, Prince Charles had his sons implant that RFID chip back in 1996-I believe they were the 1st ones.

I mentioned in another thread how the reason why TPTB has deceived us convincingly over global warming is b/c of all the reports/images that they've made look real in the MSM.

In the trib-didn't they say the 2 beasts will perform miracles for the world to see? My guess is that by then, they will show them the REAL reports/images, and VOILA...the already deceived public will think the AC somehow "cured" it.
